Before we decide on a plan, I want to understand what's been happening and what's already been explored.
“You know something doesn't feel right.”
“You've started changing the way you move without even realising it.”
“Your body doesn't quite feel like it used to.”
“You've forgotten what feeling truly rested feels like.”
“You're getting through the day — but it takes more effort than it used to.”
“You've quietly learned to work around your symptoms.”
“You want to get back to doing what you love.”
“Looking refreshed starts beneath the surface.”
A range of Traditional, Classical and Neoclassical Chinese Medicine techniques, chosen to suit what your body needs.

Fine, single-use needles placed with intention — to ease pain, calm the nervous system and support the body's own capacity to heal.

Hands-on techniques that release tight fascia, ease stubborn tension and get circulation moving where the body has been holding on.

A gentle, natural approach that supports skin, circulation and wellbeing — so you leave looking refreshed and feeling like yourself.
Also offered

You don't need all the answers. If you've had scans or reports, bring them along.

Meet Julie
I'm interested in far more than where it hurts — I want to understand how your symptoms began and what still doesn't quite add up.
Normal results don't mean nothing is happening. We'll look at the whole picture together, not just what's already been ruled out.
Ready when you are.
Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine
Whether you've been living with pain that keeps returning, recovering from an injury, navigating hormonal changes or simply feeling like something isn't quite right, every treatment begins by taking the time to understand your experience before deciding the best path forward. The aim is to help you move more freely, understand your body more clearly and, over time, feel like yourself again.

What people bring in
You're not the only one saying it. Many people arrive with a version of one of these sentences — and a longer story that's never fully been heard.
The approach
Before we decide on a plan, I want to understand what's been happening and what's already been explored. Sometimes that means looking through previous scans together. Sometimes it means asking questions that don't seem connected at first but help build a clearer picture.

Most people are surprised by how gentle acupuncture feels. The needles are extremely fine — much thinner than those used for injections. You may feel a brief sensation on insertion, followed by warmth, heaviness, tingling or deep relaxation.
